  • What can I say about a professional who helped me recuperate after double hip replacement surgery and helps me continue to get stronger and better each day…. A LOT!!! Dylan started training me about two years ago. However, I was bone- on-bone in my hips and as time went on it made it extremely difficult to perform my routine. However, I had double hip replacements this past year and after about six months I went back into the gym. I must admit I was very hesitant to perform some leg exercises because I didn’t want to dislocate my hips. Dylan was very reassuring and confident I could do it. His coaching and sincere interest in my wellbeing is what sets him apart. He checked in on me regularly while I was recuperating to make sure I was progressing. He still checks in regularly throughout the week to make sure I stay on track. Now that the “gym rat” bug has hit me again, I’m impatient and wanting to do more. However, Dylan reels me back in and reminds me that it will take a little time. Thanks Dylan, couldn’t have done it without you!

  • I started working with Dylan when I decided to compete in another powerlifting meet under the guidance of a coach. Dylan has always made himself available to discuss preparations 24/7 and made great efforts to make sure meet prep meshed with my daily life as best as possible. He assisted with diet changes making sure they weren’t drastic or unrealistic, and always listened to what I had to say when it came to what I had going on in my life. His programming was well thought out and very personalized to me. As a very experienced lifter of 12 years, Dylan ensured I was doing a program that focused on the little details and made sure I was doing only what was needed rather than taking extensive time in a development phase. He consistently took all of my feedback regarding programming and always used it to make adjustments to my program. This kept things fresh and removed any chances of the workouts being redundant/boring. Aside from daily chatting through messages, we had several phone calls to go over details with my performance and how I was feeling even after completing the meet Dylan had feedback for me and even helped create a pathway for me to compete at a national/ international level. Overall I think his availability and adaptability has made Dylan a very good coach and highly recommended
